BY LAWS
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) is a professional accountancy organization (PAO) representing over 1,000 chartered accountants in Barbados along with over 800 students pursuing professional accounting qualifications. ICAB is the regulator and standard setter for accounting and auditing profession in Barbados.  It is a body corporate created by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (Incorporation) Act 1974 (Cap. 369A).  This Act was amended in 2007, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act, 2007, to allow the Institute to make rules for, including but not limited to, the discipline its members and students amongst .
