PRACTICE MONITORING

Terms of Reference 

  • Receive reports on the practice monitoring programme
  • To follow up on adverse reports on individual firms, and to ensure continued compliance with SMO 1
  • Recommend action to be taken in respect of deficiencies found at individual firms
  • Identify the general trends emerging and recommend future CPD or other technical initiatives to improve the outcomes of practice reviews
 

MEMBERSHIP OF COMMITTEE

The committee must comprise of a minimum of three (3) persons including one (1) lay-person.  Members of Council are not permitted to sit on this committee.
