With over 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting, Tracy Marshall has built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality service to large local and cross-border clients. Tracy serves as the Country Managing Partner for EY’s Barbados and Eastern Caribbean operations.  She is also an Assurance Partner providing professional assurance services in various industries including banking, asset management, pension funds, retail and distribution and hospitality.  Her expertise lies in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations, coupled with a deep commitment to client satisfaction. 

 Tracy is dedicated to people development, mentorship, and advancing the accounting profession in the region. She is a member of the People Committee within the EY Caribbean Practice focused on “People First” initiatives including career development and mentorship.  She holds a special interest in the areas of sustainability and reporting on such matters as well as supporting and promoting the development of young talented accountants and students.

Tracy is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK.  She was appointed to Council for the first time in 2020 and previously held the positions of Secretary, Vice-President, President and is currently the Immediate Past President on Executive Council. She also serves as an active member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee of ICAB.
