The Council may elect any member to Life Membership by resolution passed by three-fourths of those present at a Council Meeting. Eligibility applies to past Presidents of ICAB, members who have rendered outstanding service to the Institute, and members who have attained 70 years of age and completed 30 years of membership. Life Members pay no annual subscription fees but retain all membership rights and privileges held at the time of election.
