Kim Sealy is a Financial Controller in the Public Sector and the Chairperson of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) Public Sector Committee. During her 26 years within the public sector, Kim has used her accounting knowledge to assist other public sector entities transform their accounting operations.  She has functioned as a Project Manager, the Lead for IT and General Accounting audits.  Ms. Sealy has a unique blend of ICT, Project Management, Strategic Management and Finance skills which makes her an exceptional member of ICAB’s council. 

Ms. Sealy is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados. Ms. Sealy holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus. She gained a Certificate in Digital Innovation for Finance (CertDIF), and Certificate in Contemporary Project Management (CertCPM). Kim is currently the Chairperson of ICAB’s Public Sector Committee.
