The Council may elect any person to Honorary Membership by resolution passed by three-fourths of those present at a Council Meeting. Honorary Members do not pay an admission fee or annual subscription but must sign an undertaking to observe ICAB’s Act, by-laws, and regulations. Unless they were previously an Ordinary Member, Honorary Members are not entitled to vote, stand for election to Council, or attend general meetings.
